I've taken two of my three dogs here for care because their services are a lot cheaper than ABQ vets. However, my dog recently developed a condition that hasn't been completely diagnosed. East Mountain was the second vet I took my dog for care and diagnosis. He received meds and a biopsy was done. While I understood I wouldn't be able to talk to the vet because I used their urgent care drop off service, I surely expected to talk to a vet at some point. I was left to review a biopsy report and luckily I'm in the medical field so I was able to interpret the findings with no issue. However, I still had questions for the vet. I sent an email as they requested. I followed up with a text asking for a call back. It's been two months since my dog's appointment and one month since my initial request for a call with the vet. At this point it's definitely not worth the "cost savings" to wind up being repeatedly ignored in your pet's plan of care. It's still a mystery how this place has 4.6 stars because this was definitely not 4.6 stars type of service.

Great people to deal with, some times a pretty good wait. But that's too be expected when your so busy. Busy because their good, helpful, and work with people on bills of needed.. Thanks for helping me with my dog, Ginger.

Very nice facility, they care, quick action if is an emergency, love this place. We live in Albuquerque is far but all worth it! ❤️❤️❤️ totally recommend!
