We have currently have 2 horses, a mini donk, 2 barn cats and a heeler. Most recently we brought in our senior horse, BigRed for an evaluation over lameness. Dr. Woodbury and her team were excellent in diagnosing him and making a plan for helping us to keep him comfy going forward. We’ve seen multiple vets over the years at Franklin and they’ve all been great. We feel confident in the whole team there. Lately, we’ve seen Dr. Woodbury the most. She’s always wonderful, and we really appreciate her and the great care she took in diagnosing and making a plan for Big Red.

After searching Las Cruces, Alamogordo, and Ruidoso, and being referred to vets in El paso, Frankin readily accepted my Aussie Lilly as a new patient for emergency care. Doctor Franklin and the staff were great.

My 6-month-old toy poodle jumped and broke her tiny front leg a few days ago. We are from Houston, Texas, so trying to find a vet during an emergency while in the Cloudcroft area was quite a challenge. Every place we called highly recommended this vet, and we are so grateful they were able to get us in the same day. They had her feeling better and in a cast in no time. The staff was amazing, and the vet was incredibly caring and compassionate. We were truly impressed with the level of service and care we received. Thank you so much for everything you do!
