I used to like the clinic and staff, until recently (2 months). The front office staff are rude, document incorrect information, such as a simple telephone call for a med refill that clearly resulted in the wrong medication being dispensed, scheduling appointments and either changing the date or providing the incorrect date on the phone, rolling eyes when questioned, etc. The office manager accused me of yelling at her staff when I firmly disagreed with the receptionist about an appointment date that was scheduled months in advance. I understand mistakes happen but when they continuously happen and the office is unwilling to accept responsibility and blame the customer repeatedly there's a problem. I won't even mention the misdiagnosising and treatment of one of my cats. No regard for the love and care a person has for their beloved pet. I'm sure the staff will find some snarky post to attempt to negate this post as others have mentioned or even delete the post, but I couldn't keep silent about such a horrible place with such unprofessional, unpleasant staff. Interestingly, the office manager was pleased when I let her know I would be transferring my pets care, not even an attempt to rectify the situation or apologize.
