Went in because my Cat has been spraying and having a lot of un normal behaviors. He is a great cat, a loving cat so when I took him into the vet, hoping to ask a lot of questions I had in regards to my cat. It was truly letdown by going to this place the lady in the front was amazing and so was the one who attended me in the back, but when they said the doctor will be right with y’all and a young lady walks in with the doctor on FaceTime just to tell me that this is just a normal cat behavior but if he continues, bring him back for more examinations and it would be free next time. the FaceTime didn’t last no more than 30 seconds. I maybe got to say one sentence service overall with the doctor was very unprofessional it felt rushed. I know my cat and this is not his normal behavior. They gave my cat a shot for inflammation and pain and a prescription. I’m confused cause if this is normal behavior, why was he given anything and also if there’s nothing wrong with him. Why bring him back? I was very unsatisfied with this visit hoping to speak to a doctor paid all that money to still be left with questions.

This has been a horrible experience for me the worst place I could possibly imagine my poor little girl. She’s eight weeks old. I took her in to get a check up. She got a parvo shot and ended up getting parvo.. Now I have to take her to another vet just to save her little life … strongly would not suggest going here

We are so grateful for Dr. Newman and his staff. They were able to get us in last minute after our dog Jesse injured his eye, and everyone was incredibly kind, calm, and efficient during a stressful situation. They took great care of Jesse right away, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The staff truly helped ease our worries and made sure we understood the plan for his care. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable veterinary care.

We took our old fella in to meet a new doctor. He’s pretty shy and nervous in vet clinics and the last one we dealt with upset us all! Buddy was so calm with the techs and especially with Dr Newman!!! Yea!!! We now have a wonderful new vet!! Thank you Dr Newman and staff!!!

Although, I like the vet, one of the people that works up front is very rude. After waiting nine days for an urgently needed appointment, I arrived on time for the appointment and was asked to complete a medical questionnaire. After completing it, I was told my dog could not be seen because I had taken too long to fill out the form. The woman was very rude when I questioned why they hadn’t asked me to arrive early to complete the form.
