Our experience was perfect! We stayed 4 nights, were back in Gallup for a family reunion. Made a reservation via phone and the room was perfect, memorable views in every direction, and we love the sound of trains. Commerce. Staff seems young and anxious to serve, enjoy their jobs. Plenty of room, dog and kid friendly. Great vibe. in-room photos of balloon fiesta in Gallup and local rock formations. Excellent experience!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the bed comfy, the room and bathroom clean. Some of the furniture was a little worn, but nothing broken. We have two cats and having a platform bed is sooo helpful. It makes it very hard for the cats to hide! Breakfast was standard fare - powdered scrambled eggs, bacon, various breads and cereals. Coffee was good. Overall, a pleasant uneventful one night stay. Also, we had a classic car we were towing in an open trailer and we were concerned about the safety. But everything was good. No problems. UPDATE. The hotel seems to be more updated than two years ago. Staff very friendly and professional. The WIfi was acting up and the front desk gals worked tirelessly to get it back. Great job! Slept well, hotel was quiet. Shower was good. Nice comfy chair for relaxing. Breakfast was good.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and general well Kept freshness. I felt safe with locked doors with key entry only and cameras all around. The staff were courteous kind and helpful. Especially impressed with how the building was kept up on a daily basis. Someone was always mopping wiping and cleaning
