Dallas doesn't have any respect for other people's time. Plan on being there for hours after your appointment time. You will sit in a room staring at the wall for HOURS. If I can show up on time so can the provider. I understand that there are times that there can be issues with running late but this is by design. Overbooking for maximizing profit. Hes also very moody.

I was absolutely devastated when I went in for the 2nd time within a week from a SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION to something I came in contact with. I had SEVERE ITCHING was about to lose my mind and I couldn't believe that I wasn't shown ANY KIND OF COMPASSION by the nurse the student and the Dr. They made me feel that it was ALL in my mind!!!! I only wish it would've been because then I could've made it go away!!! The student along with the Dr. came back with the diagnosis that I was taking to hot of showers or baths and my skin was dried out. It was ALL I could do NOT to break down crying I just couldn't believe Dallas just didn't care what I was going through just how MISERABLE I had been for weeks and he sent me home with absolutely NOTHING to give me any kind of RELIEF!!!! I had a funeral to go to the following day out of town and I just didn't know how I was going to survive it!!! The only meds that had given me any kind of relief was the steroids but Dallas insisted that he couldn't prescribe me anymore. On Monday I was able to get in to see a Demertologist and the 1st thing she put me on was a STRONGER steroids and a stronger steroid cream FINALLY I GOT SOME RELIEF after 4 weeks of dealing with this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE allergic reaction. I am SO SO disappointed in Dallas his clinic is supposed to show COMPASSION but for whatever reason I was NOT SHOWN ANY KIND OF COMPASSION FOR WHAT I WAS GOING THROUGH!!!! I want a Dr. that is TRULY going to CARE about ME and my family to show he REALLY wants to HELP me and NOT make me feel that it's ALL IN MY HEAD. NO I don't want a Dr. like that so NO I or my husband will not be back!!!!

We could not be more grateful for the kind and caring professionals at Compassion Care Clinic! They live out their name! Compassion and Care! We walked in with a minor emergency and they took excellent care of my husband Mark! Dallas has experience and expertise that we needed! We’re very grateful to him and to his entire staff, from the front office all the way to the exam room! Thank you Dallas, Connie, Amber, Alma, Ashley and Emily!
