Dr Haynes, I have changed my 4 stars to two. Here are my issues: I was quoted $35 for a test to check for fecal exam. When I dropped off her sample I was told $45. I asked in advance of service. This is not the only time the discrepancies have happened. I also paid for a heartworm test which was negative thank God. I was verbally told it was negative and that's all I got. I prefer to buy my heart medicine from a different pharmacy which is less expensive. I was told I would have to pay $150 for a prescription which should have been written during my appointment. The exorbitant prices are expected in veterinary care however, the unexpected prices are not appreciated by me. When I call to ask what I'm going to be charged, I budget that into my living expenses as I am not Elon Musk or any other billionaire. Please don't think your services are not appreciated as they are appreciated. Previous 4-star rating: I am so grateful Dr. Haynes returns my calls during stressful events my dog and have been through. I've never had a small dog. Also, I'm not used to living in the country in NM so, we've had a few health scare events. Robin at the front desk had been friendly and professional as well as other staff. It would be really great if clients could get their shots by a vet tech. It would make getting an appt quicker.

All I'm gonna say is this, they were very pushy. My coupon paid for everything, but I wanted iv fluids and the respiratory shot and pain meds, but they tried being real pushy about chipping my cat and he's a indoor cat ......
