Visit before June 23rd. I came in with Bean my dog. We saw the other Vet there at the clinic. He was rude and very aggressive with my dog, that we had to use that mask on her face. Then the Vet tell to fix the issue of her being that way. Pull all her teeth. Are you kidding me!!! My dad did not like the man at all. He was rude and nasty. Then I bring my dog and cat in for 11:30 apt. on June 23rd. We sat outside in the heat of the day. Heat in car reaching 100. Had to move from parking 1 to 7 to see if it helped. Nope it didn't. After a hour the came out did bean and took my cat in the building for blood Work and to be check. I waited 30 mins., walk in the clinic to see what was going on and they had not even seen Ziggie my cat. I got my cat that never got seen and buy the bill and left. Will never go back!!! Very unhappy. I was not the only one outside that waited a hour or better to be seen. Wrong!! You should of called some if us and reschedule. But you didn't. Never going back!!!! Highly responsive. Very accommodating, extremely professional and thorough. Superb customer service. Incredibly nice staff. On top of latest medications. Over the moon with this practice in our village! Updating Review: Excellent care trimming my almost 17 year old dog's nails. Up until a month ago he live his home pedicures, but is having none of that anymore. A relief to have him skillfully cares for at Corrales Vet. Thanks!

I took my Yorkie here for a teeth cleaning. Thought I found the right place because the veterinarian said he really didn't need his teeth cleaned then. So I waited and called last week. They put him on the schedule for this Friday. I just called to see how long the procedure would take. The guy answering the phone said- we don't have you on for this Friday- the vet would need to reevaluate his teeth- yet another clinic that one hand doesn't know that the other hand is doing- gaslighting that I was never on their schedule- roping me in for another "exam" expense and a higher estimate. Then he had the gall to say they are just wanting to make sure my pet is getting good care. My pets care is my responsibility. Obviously your responsibility isn't my pets well being- it's extracting the highest price you can get from customers. Don't go here. They speak out of two sides of their mouth then say they didn't book your appointment. It was a woman who booked the appointment not this guy. I quit the other veterinarian clinic because if you're not scheduling frequent checkups like a pediatrician- they guilt trip you.
