The medical side has a Terrible receptionist Named Sissy.When my daughter was sick, she told me to go to the clinic or the ER because there was no available appointments. Later that week after being treated at the ER, I tried again. Reluctantly, she got me an appointment a week out from the phone call. Then one day before the appointment I receive a message explaining that the doctor has somewhere else to be. I assume that when she told me there was availability the next day that she would schedule us for that time frame, however she wanted to book another week away.
