I cannot recommend Dr. Robinson highly enough. We recently had to make the devastating decision to say goodbye to our beloved Misty after a long battle with bladder cancer, and Dr. Robinson guided us through the entire process with extraordinary knowledge, care, and compassion. She was deeply respectful of our family's feelings, took the time to answer all of our difficult questions, and ensured our sweet girl’s final moments were completely peaceful, gentle, and filled with dignity. In the hardest moment a pet owner can face, Dr. Robinson was a true comfort. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness and the immense support she gave our family.

Today was the most difficult day any pet owner would understand. Today I put my beautiful, sweet, loyal protector to rest. Chief was the most amazing and loyal companion I was blessed with for the past 14 years. I had the honor of being his human. Dr. Robinson and her amazing staff were wonderful during this most difficult time. The compassion and understanding they all showed was a blessing. The way they each handled such a delicate situation was phenomenal. I am truly and forever grateful to Dr. Robinson and her staff at Cimarron Canyon Veterinary Clinic for the compassion you showed. I'm so glad you all got to meet Chief and experience the joy he brought to my life for the past 14 years.

Absolutely amazing care the Dr is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and welcoming I only wish I'd found them soonery dog has issues with men and thankfully today it was all women so that's a plus too if you have a dog like mine . I think the Dr is a incredible women for making such affordable prices for people I highly recommend.

My dog Daisy was uncomfortable today. She had redness to her ear and eyes. We were concerned and made a same day appointment to have my dog examined. It was our 1st time there. I must say I was very pleased with the caring and professional manner that the veterinarian and staff took care of my dog. Thank you for helping her ♥️ You guys are awesome.

We had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our 16 year old Shiba Inu, Tsuki, whom we'd had since 8 weeks old, put down right before Thanksgiving this year. She was experiencing a lot of confusion and dementia as well and I wanted to find someone who could do the service in our home where she would be the most comfortable. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Robinson and her team were extremely kind, compassionate, and understanding throughout the entire process. My children were also present and she explained every step of the way to them, what Tsuki would experience, and allowed us to have as much time as we needed. They even helped us to make paint paw prints after she had passed. Afterwards, we received an unbelievably thoughtful card in the mail from the entire team as well. We received her ashes back in a beautiful bamboo urn with her name, a beautiful clay pawprint, and locks of fur. I can't recommend them enough if you are having to make this difficult decision. Thank you to the team for helping make this experience as easy, calm, and positive as the situation could be.
