I’ve been meaning to write this review for a few months. I brought my cat in for what I suspected was feline cystitis and even brought a urine sample to help make the visit easier and more efficient. After waiting over an hour to be seen, the veterinarian came in, listened briefly, and diagnosed a UTI without checking the urine sample or doing any additional testing. I explained my cat’s symptoms, asked multiple questions, and voiced concerns, but felt completely dismissed. I was prescribed a $90 liquid antibiotic and instructed to give the full 20-day course to my 9 lb cat. When I asked what bacteria they believed was causing the infection, I was told it was bacterial but no one could explain further. Something didn’t sit right with me, so I scheduled a second opinion the very next morning with another veterinarian. After performing a bladder ultrasound, the second vet diagnosed feline cystitis — not a urinary infection. They also questioned the antibiotic choice, stating they were unfamiliar with it being used for UTIs. After doing my own research, I found the medication appeared to be more commonly used for severe skin infections rather than feline urinary issues. I understand medicine isn’t always black and white, but what concerns me most is that a diagnosis and treatment plan were given without reviewing the urine sample or performing additional diagnostics. Because of that experience, I will not return and cannot recommend this clinic to others. Please advocate for your pets and don’t hesitate to seek a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right. Stay far away from this place.

Terrible place to take your pets, I took my fur baby in to be checked out and before they even did any lab work or anything they said my furbaby might have cancer or a tumor all based off touching her stomach. I left my baby there to be examined and 6 hours later they still hadn't done anything for her, so I decided to take her for a second opinion in which the doc was rude about, he said based on what grounds and I told him based on the fact that I wanted another opinion. I took my fur baby to El Paso im glad I did because now she is in good hands.

Called them because my dogs decided they wanted to fight each other and told them one of them might need medical attention. The lady on the phone responds with so you want to put him down....... I immediately said absolutely not. Then she responds with, so you want to surrender him..... The conversation continued to go south from there. If they are that bad over the phone I can't imagine what they are like in person or what kind of care they actually give.

They helped my old man better than any other vet we had taken him. He had infection in his teeth and they highly encouraged to do surgery his life has been better since. The doctor truly knows what he’s doing and the other staff members are so sweet. It’s super affordable and they have so many payment plans that are flexible for you. They’re super quick too, came in on a Friday, got an appointment Tuesday, and was scheduled for surgery that Thursday.
